Darren Taylor
Managing Director
Darren started the company back in 2001 with Steve and to this day both directors work very closely together to ensure the company sticks to its goal of continual improvement. Darren takes care of the general managing of the company along with sales and quality assurance focusing on systems to prevent quality and delivery problems.
Steve Balem
Production Director
Steve runs the workshop and looks after the quality control focusing on detecting any quality and delivery issues. After starting the company with Darren, Steve has followed his passion for engineering and spends most of his days in either the workshop or inspection.
