Our Lead Times

We are often asked about our lead times. As a standard we try to offer 4 weeks. We will accommodate shorter lead times whenever possible if it is required and we can achieve the date requested without impacting on our existing commitments. Please ask if you require a quick turnaround.
Customer orders with longer lead times are always appreciated, especially for repeat work. This gives us the flexibility to help out on quick turnaround parts by fitting them in around our scheduled work.
As some components will take longer than 4 weeks your quotation will always include a current lead time. Also when your order is placed you will be sent an order confirmation detailing price and delivery date.
For scheduled delivery of your frequently ordered components we can offer ‘call-off’ stock holding and Kanban arrangements. Please ask if this of interest.
